Neil, the principal of Lawler Magill, holds a bachelor of laws degree with Honours and is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law. He has worked within the criminal justice system since 1984 and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland,  Australian Capital Territory and the High Court of Australia.

Neil has experienced considerable success throughout every jurisdiction in Queensland and many courts around Australia. He holds extensive knowledge in criminal matters, with particular emphasis on serious charges such as murder, drug trafficking and corporate fraud. He is frequently seen in all media formats, whether managing highly publicized cases or providing expert legal advice.
